I’ll be honest, I don’t know about the efficacy of this cream because it just smelled so bad that I wasn’t interested in using it because you could still smell it on your skin. I often find that skin care or cosmetics from Korea are usually scented, but I usually like it. This one I do not - it has a strong, acrid herbal earthy smell.There is an expiration date on the box, but I imagine as with most cosmetics, after you open it, you should probably throw it away after using it for a couple of months. The cream does list some pretty good ingredients, including niacinamide and hyaluronic acid. Be aware it’s a small jar of cream.

I'm pretty surprised by how rich the texture is but it doesn't feel suffocating on my skin. I do only used this on my drier areas like the perimeter of my face and mainly my neck and it has a very luxurious nourishing consistency. Because this is a smaller travel size, I will be focusing on using this on my neck more so than my more oily face, since it does a good job at retaining moisture all throughout the night and my neck has been feeling rough from the cold dry air. This leaves such a protective, smooth and silky finish, everything to keep my neck youthful too. I think this would be perfect for those with dry skin from the moisture retention alone!

This Rothea Resilience Cream is a hydrating anti-aging cream that has collagen, peptides, bakuchiol, ceramides, and more. It gives the skin a better appearance and adds shine without a greasy texture. I don't love the smell, but I do like that the ingredients are cleaner than average.

For me, I needed to reach back in to apply more as the pea size didn’t provide coverage. Once applied, it absorbed relatively quickly. I didn’t notice a scent which is plus for me and it’s vegan, dye free. Good product however, quantity and the amount needed to apply to my face was unexpected.

I love the Rothea Resilience Cream - Face and Neck Cream, Moisturizer. It is a light cream that makes my face feel hydrated. I don't get any redness like I do with other products. I have sensitive skin and have no adverse reactions with this cream; in fact, it calms my redness and crates a nice texture. This is a small container, perfect for traveling. A little cream goes a long way, so this will last a little while, but this isn't a lot of product. Starting with the smaller container is a good way to try it at a smaller price point. The cream absorbed quickly into my skin and didn't leave me feeling greasy or shiny. As I age, some of the lines on my face are getting more pronounced, so I'm hopeful this cream will help with regular use. Regardless, I love how my skin feels after applying it and the reduction in redness. Overall, I really like this moisturizer.

This face/neck moisturizer comes in a fairly small jar. The box is sealed on one end, but not the other. There is a plastic pull insert under the cap - I believe this helps prevent the cream from coming out. The cream looks nice and rich, but I've gotta say, the smell is strange. I can't even identify what it is I'm smelling - something earthy, very unexpected. I don't like the smell, but it does go away fairly quickly.The cream spreads on smoothly and disappears into my skin quickly. It definitely makes my skin feel softer and does seem to help foundation go on easier. Unlike some of the face creams I have, this one doesn't make your skin shiny, instead it provides a nice matte surface - I tried to show this on the picture of my hand.The expiration date is almost 2.5 years away.

What sets this apart from any other moisturizer I have tried, though (and I have tried SO MANY), is the texture.I hesitate to call it "cream," because that, to me, evokes something quite heavy that would still generally glop out of the container if turned upside down. It is definitely not a serum, as it is not watery and holds its shape in the container. It isn't greasy at all, has no waxiness, doesn't leave behind any stickiness, and absorbs immediately, so I could apply makeup right away without using a fan or waiting a few minutes. It just sort of...melts into my skin.I do need hydration/moisture, but tend to hate the texture of most moisturizers. If you cringe at the thought of the texture of cream or lotion on your face, this one may be the one!This particular tub is tiny, but I found that a little bit goes a long way.

I thought this cream was really nice. It had rich texture that didn't feel overly heavy on the skin. It didn't cause any irritation. Not wild about the scent though. My skin felt hydrated but i didn't notice much difference in pigmentation. If I had a full size instead of the mini, i might have had better results.

Don’t be misled by the plain packaging of this Rothea cream. It’s actually a very well formulated bakuchiol moisturizer, enriched with peptides, collagen and hyaluronic acids. It’s smooth, rich but non greasy. Impressed by how matte and how absorbent it is. It does have a slight medicinal scent. Ample hydration with no irritations. Pair it with another bakuchiol serum and works great. The mini size is travel friendly and a little goes a long way. Made in Korea. Very pleased.

This is a rich, luxurious face cream. It goes on smoothly and leaves my skin soft, not greasy. My skin is sensitive and this cream is so gentle, that I had no irritation or stinging like the retinol creams give me.
